Sierra Smith L.Ac. (she/her), is dedicated to offering a compassionate and integrative approach to care. She is focused on helping patients navigate their health goals and find balance and vitality in their busy lives.
Sierra has worked in the holistic health field for over a decade. She completed the four year Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas, is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, and is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine.
Early on she discovered the transformative benefits of acupuncture and herbal treatments for her allergies, aches, and pains. This experience provided significant relief, more energy, focus, and a sense of ease. She continues to be in awe of the brilliance of Chinese Medicine’s ability to address complex health situations and has committed her life’s work to sharing it with others.
Sierra practices with an emphasis on integrating Eastern and Western Medical philosophy. This requires fluency in western medical diagnoses, treatments, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Her care focuses on creating an integrative healing experience with a specialization in reproductive health, pregnancy support, and treating infertility. She sees the physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual as inseparable.
Sierra has advanced training in Tuina (Chinese Bodywork), Sheng Zhen Medical QiGong, and Reiki. Additionally, she studies and practices meditation and movement. As a dancer and yoga teacher she infuses her deep knowledge of the body and intuition into her treatments.
Sierra finds her inspiration in nature, traveling to new places, working on creative projects, and spending time with family and friends.
