Career Opportunities:
Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently taking applications for a front desk receptionist and office assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the Sage team
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or wellness settings is a plus
Specifications:
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Must have transportation to several locations
- Must be available for weekday and both weekend shifts
- $17/hour
Licensed Acupuncturist
